What to expect

Join us at Sunna in Northeast Minneapolis for a 90 minute, in-person class that will help you move through spring with a focus on clarity and your mental well-being. This unique class combines reflection, intention setting, and an energizing weighted yoga class to help you reset and recharge.

Take this opportunity to reflect and gain insight as you move from spring into summer. Through a guided journal practice, you'll gain clarity and insight into your goals and aspirations. We'll flow together through an invigorating movement class to get your body moving and create positive energy to bring into the new season. We'll take time to close out class with a meditation to help cultivate peace, reflection, and gratitude.

Taking place during the weekend of Art-a-Whirl, this energizing and stimulating workshop will send you out into the rest of your weekend with pep in your step to engage with the exciting offerings throughout NE Minneapolis!

 

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

 

Samantha Cohen

For over a decade and a half, Sam has been teaching various forms of movement throughout the Twin Cities. She strives to create an inclusive space where her students can experience joy through community, movement, and choice. When you take her class, you can expect lightness, joy, and mindful intensity.

Sam also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, and works full time as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. She’s also done extensive training in mindfulness based practices, which she incorporates into her daily life as well as her classes.
