Class Cancellation Policy

• Group Pilates Reformer Classes: Cancel at least 6 hours before class to avoid penalties.

• The penalty for late cancellations results in the removal of the missed class from your monthly allotment.

Pause Policy & Fees

You may pause up to 2 months per 12-month period. These can be 2 consecutive months or two separate 1 month pauses. The pause fee is a $29 flat fee per month. To implement any freezes or changes to your membership, you must provide notice at least two weeks before your next scheduled billing date. If the notice is received less than two weeks before the next billing date, the change will not take effect until the billing cycle following that one.

Rollover Policy

Classes do NOT rollover. Classes are NOT transferable to another student.

To implement any changes to your membership, you must provide notice at least two weeks before your next scheduled billing date.
