Yoga

  • Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine. Kundalini yoga is practiced to activate this energy, which allows it to move up and through the chakras along your spine. In yoga, chakras are the seven energy centers in your body. As Kundalini energy rises, it’s believed to help balance these chakras and contribute to your spiritual wellness.

  • Restorative Yoga/Yin Yoga

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is centered in slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is in contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.

  • Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow Yoga is based in Vinyasa Yoga, a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

  • Guided Meditation + Reiki

Embrace spiritually guided life force energy through a gentle hands on experience that treats the body, spirit and mind of the whole individual. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique promoting healing; ‘rei’ is the universal energy or power // ‘ki’ is the fundamental life force flowing through all things. This technique creates beneficial effects supporting the nervous system to promote relaxation. Leave feeling balanced, revitalized and refreshed. Please note this is not a movement centered class.

GYROTONIC® Method

  • GYROKINESIS®

  • GYROTONIC® (Private)

The GYROTONIC method is an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency. With Gyrotonic exercises, each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.

The GYROTONIC method utilizes specialized equipment to guide, assist and challenge the exerciser.
