Our mission is to create a transformative experience for our students through education-forward classes, warm human interactions, and unique mind-body modalities that encourage self discovery.

Sunna helps students who want more than just a physical workout by offering a bridge to greater self awareness through movement-based mindfulness classes. We do this better than other studios thanks to our deep credentials, knowledge of different modalities, and intimate relationships with our students and their personal journeys.
