Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of private and duet appointments must be made at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee. No-shows will result in loss of session. Private Training autopay members are entitled to one (1) freebie late cancellation. Clients must text 612-417-1991 to claim. 

Cancellation of Group Wellness classes must be made at least 2 hours before the class. Late cancellations with incur a $15 fee. 12-month Unlimited autopay members are entitled to one (1) freebie late cancellation per month. Clients must text 612-417-1991 to claim. Students on a class pack will have a class drawn from their account.

Cancellation of Group Pilates Reformer class must be made at least 6 hours before the class. Late cancellations and no-shows will deduct that class from the monthly allotment or class package. 12-month 12x/mo autopay members are entitled to one (1) freebie late cancellation per month. Clients must text 612-417-1991 to claim. Students on a class pack will have a class drawn from their account.

Late cancellations and no-shows are drawn around the 10th of the month for any missed classes the previous month.

Late Policy:

We lock our door 5 minutes after class has begun and students arriving after that will incur a late feel. Please plan your route and time for parking accordingly.

Purchase Policy:

Purchases must be made with credit or debit card or ApplePay. Sunna does not keep cash on premises.

Return/Refund Policy:

Full-priced purchases may be returned within 2 weeks of the date of sale for a full refund. Returns made after the 2-week window will be returned for studio credit to the client's account. Returns must be unused and returned in new condition.

Promotional sales will be refunded only for the value they were purchased at.

Discounted items may be returned within 2 weeks for studio credit.
