Benny Olk is a Minneapolis-based performing artist and movement teacher. He has been practicing Pilates since 2015, working as a Program Assistant with 360 Pilates and training under Benjamin Degenhardt, assisting with teaching workshops around the world. In 2023 he formalized his training with Hilary Opheim Pilates in LA. His classes are grounded in traditional Pilates exercises, incorporating contemporary movement science to help guide students towards greater bodily awareness, more full-bodied movements, and increased vitality in everyday life.
