Cancellation Policy

• Group Pilates Reformer Classes: Cancel at least 6 hours before session to avoid penalties.

• Late cancellations will result in a $20 charge.

Pause Policy & Fees

You may pause up to 2 months per 12-month period. These can be 2 consecutive months or two separate 1 month pauses. The pause fee is a $29 flat fee per month. To implement any freezes or changes to your membership, you must provide notice at least two weeks before your next scheduled billing date. If the notice is received less than two weeks before the next billing date, the change will not take effect until the following billing cycle. 

Rollover Policy

Sessions do NOT rollover. Sessions are NOT transferable to another student.
